What it does

Updated 2026-08-17

You are about to wire size to a wallet on the strength of a Telegram conversation. This measures what the chain can tell you first.

It starts by making you write down the counterparty's claim before you open an explorer, because the whole value is the gap between the claim and the chain, and a claim recalled afterwards gets quietly reshaped to fit the evidence. Then: real account age rather than first-transaction age, funding traced back three hops, settlement history tested against what was claimed, and whether committed size across venues exceeds what the counterparty actually holds.

The check worth the price is in section 2. When the wallets offered as references share a funding root with the counterparty, the references are the counterparty. Nobody runs it because it needs two graphs held side by side.

Output is a tier, not prose. A report that ends in paragraphs leaves you inventing escrow terms under time pressure, which is exactly where the discipline goes. Tier C is a normal place to trade from — everyone has a first trade, and it should be priced like one.

Not a compliance screen and not legal advice. Ships with the tier-to-terms sheet covering escrow structure, tranche sizing and settlement sequencing.

# OTC counterparty check

## When to use this skill

The operator is about to send funds or tokens to a wallet on the strength of a
conversation — a block trade, an OTC token sale, a treasury swap, a market-maker
onboarding. Run this before terms are agreed rather than after, because the
output is meant to set the terms.

## What this is not

Not a compliance screen and not legal advice. It measures what a chain can
show about a counterparty's history. A wallet that clears everything below can
still be operated by someone who will not pay you. Where the operator needs a
regulated screen, say so and stop rather than producing something that looks
